Sew your Stash Series #22 - 8" STITCH Quilt Blocks

In this episode I show you how I make three of my 8" Stitch Quilt Blocks using my easy "squares & rectangles" method instead of using the harder to sew accurately "cutting triangles on the bias" method.
I explain which size strip baskets or leftover pre-cuts that I use when cutting for these fun blocks:)
I'm sharing with you one of my very favorite things to do when making quilt blocks...which is playing with 3 traditional quilting pieces:
1. Square in a Square
2. Flying Geese
3. Half Square Triangle
I show you how simply using different color placement and direction of these quilting pieces within each block results in a variety of amazing blocks with endless possibilities.... the easy and fun way!!
