Coworkers are starting to quit because of PickMia, The self-appointed "Cool girl" at work. Other staff members are threatening to quit if something isn't done about her behavior. She has created a toxic work environment. All she does is text on her phone (instead of working), treat customers poorly, bully coworkers and throws temper tantrums when having to do her job. She LOVES being passive-aggressive and wants you to work for her acceptance. She thinks she holds all the power and that her acceptance is a prize.
